We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met: Items are defective - damaged / broken or soiled / dirty upon arrival. Packages lost in transit. If packages are lost but the product became sold out on our store, you will have a store credit of your order's value plus 15% offered. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order. No refund can be made if the customer bought the products discounted. Customers are asked to enter the correct addresses carefully, otherwise the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack it, re-label it and reship it, but please understand that this requires an additional cost. Cancellation policy Can I cancel my order? Yes. We are working with lean process methods that allows us to send a package within 4 hours after we receive your order, that is how we can achieve such short delivery time. For this reason, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of ordering. 

Send us an email within 2 hours and let us know the reason why you want to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 2 hours window and / or due to standard shipping reason.
